Terms of Use

These are the house rules for BYOK, the bring-your-own-gear PC club. Booking a desk, renting a locker, or using a club station means you agree to them. We keep them friendly and practical — the goal is simple: take good care of everyone's gear and keep the floor fair.
Bookings and desks
A booking holds a station for your visit window. Please arrive close to your slot so we can warm the rig and load your profile in time. If plans change, tell the desk and we will move the seat where we can. Stations are shared space, so we may reassign an unclaimed desk after a reasonable wait to keep the room flowing.
Your gear and ours
You bring the touch points — keyboard, mouse, headset, pad. The rigs, monitors, chairs and lockers stay ours. Treat club equipment as you would want yours treated: no opening cases, no swapping internal parts, no removing cables. Report anything that feels off and a duty tech will look at it rather than you troubleshooting it yourself.
Lockers
A rented locker is a numbered cell you may keep gear in for the length of the plan. Keep the tag and key with you; a lost key means a supervised re-key. The internal port is for charging your own devices only. Season lockers carry a modest in-locker cover for accidental damage, but the club is not a store of value for irreplaceable or high-worth items beyond that cover.
Cloud configs and fair play
We store your remaps, sensitivity steps and audio profiles so any station feels like home. We will load a macro or config only when the game itself permits it, and we will say so plainly when a request is not allowed rather than quietly running it. Tournaments and club ladders are scored on points, hours and time — never on money — and cheating tools of any kind end a session.
Conduct
Be decent to staff and fellow members. Harassment, damage, or bringing prohibited items ends your visit and may end your membership. Staff may ask anyone to leave for safety or fairness. We may update these terms as the club grows; the current version always lives here.
