Why bring your own

Your switches, your clicks, our warm-up

Loaner peripherals are a guessing game: someone else's actuation, someone else's grime, a curve you have to relearn every seat change. BYOK skips all of that. You carry the two centimetres of travel your hands memorised; we carry the heavy, expensive, loud part of the setup.

01

Muscle memory, kept

Your board, your switches, your worn-in keycaps. The same actuation point every session means fewer misfires and a shorter warm-up before you're actually playing at your level.

02

No stranger's settings

Stations arrive clean of other people's DPI, polling and lift-off tweaks. You sit down to a neutral rig and layer your own profile on top — nothing left behind by the last guest to fight.

03

We run the heavy part

You skip the tower, the cooling, the firmware evenings. We keep the machines warm, patched and quiet so the only variable you bring is the gear that already fits your hands.

Setup counter with wood surface and a tidy row of plugged-in gaming gear setup desk

The setup desk

Plug in, we tune, you play

Roll up to the setup desk before your seat and hand us the kit. Five minutes later your remaps, DPI steps and audio profile are pulled from the club cloud, your board is wiped down, and your desk number is waiting. No fumbling in menus while your friends warm up without you.

  • Config restore in five

Your keybinds, sensitivity table and sound profile load onto any station from the club cloud — one login, no USB sticks, no rebuilding from memory.

  • DPI & polling check

We verify your mouse reports what you think it does, match the desk height, and set the monitor to a clean 240Hz before you drop in.

  • A wipe-down while you queue

Switches, shell and earpads get a quick sanitising pass so the gear you love goes into the session clean, not sticky from the road.

Personal lockers

A charged cell with your name on the tag

Care corner

We treat your gear like a pet

Bring a keyboard in often enough and the care corner learns its quirks. Sanitising is on the house; the deeper jobs are booked so we can do them properly. Switch lubing, skate swaps and earpad refreshes happen by appointment, logged against your locker so you always know what we touched and why.

  • Free sanitising wipe-down every visit
  • Switch lubing by appointment, your lube or ours
  • Mouse-skate replacement while you play a round
  • Earpad and cable refresh, logged to your tag

Bring-it FAQ

The questions the desk hears most

I forgot my gear at home — now what?

The front desk keeps a small rental shelf of clean loaner keyboards, mice and headsets. Grab one for the session and drop it back on your way out. Members get the first loaner of the day for free, so a forgotten bag never ends a night before it starts.

Is my gear safe inside a locker?

Every locker is a numbered steel cell with its own key and a charging port inside. We log each open and close, and season lockers include a modest in-locker cover for accidental damage. Only you and a duty tech ever have access, and the cleaning crew never opens a locked cell.

Can I bring my own mousepad and wrist rest?

Please do. Desks are 80cm deep with clamp room, so full-size cloth pads, wrist rests and your own arm sleeve all fit comfortably. If you want a specific desk height dialled in, tell the setup desk and we set it before you sit down.

Are cloud macros and configs allowed?

Yes — as long as the game itself allows them. We store your remaps, DPI steps and audio profiles in the club cloud and reload them on any station. We never load anything a title bans, and we tell you plainly if a request crosses that line rather than quietly doing it anyway.

Can gear stay overnight?

Season and month lockers hold your kit between visits, so nothing rides the bus twice. Day guests take gear home at close. Overnight items charge on the internal port, and again, the cleaning crew never opens a locked cell — your tag stays yours.
